What was the highlight of 2023 for you?
Heading out on a 60+ date Regional Australian Tour with Tom Curtain & the Katherine Outback Experience.  We’ve been to a whole bunch of small regional Australian towns that I’ve never heard of and met so many wonderful people!  Can’t wait to continue the 40 + shows in more towns in 2024!

If you could have done something differently last year, what would it be and why?
I worked (still do) work way too hard and always glorify being ‘busy’.  If I could do something differently it would be to train myself to understand that you don’t always need to be working yourself to the bone to be productive and that taking a breath sometimes is quite ok!

Who is someone to watch for in 2024?
I think females in the Australian Music Industry are slowly but surely making a huge mark – so my bet is on watching them!

What is your most vivid memory of the festive holidays?
Eating way too much food and then having an afternoon siesta… that’s generally how they go isn’t it?

Do you have any unique or funny holiday traditions?
None as yet! For the last 7 years, I’ve spent the Festive Season gigging. But I’m excited to be making some changes next year so we can create a few, if you’ve got any suggestions I’m all ears.

What’s your New Year’s resolution for 2024?
To find more balance in my life and to find peace in where I’m at right now instead of anguish in looking forward and realising I’m not yet where I want to be.

If you could have anyone from any time period attend your Christmas lunch, who would you choose?
I think Will Ferrell would be a pretty funny dude to have around at Christmas lunch.

Coastal holiday or city holiday?
Coastal!

What are you looking forward to in 2024?
Moving forward in my career, releasing music that aligns with my values and kicking butt!

Do you have a summer book or podcast you can recommend?
If you’re a music lover … I recently read Brandi Carlile’s Autobiography “Broken Horses” and it was pretty excellent.
