For more than 30 years, Erth has been a trailblazer in both puppetry and community projects, engaging with young audiences through inspiring and educational theatre. Its latest show Arc has interwoven the company’s classic themes of natural history, First Nations stories and ecology to tackle the issue of endangered species.

Arc follows a menagerie of critically endangered and extinct animals, depicted on stage through animated life-size puppets. Led by an enigmatic host, Arc will unlock the secrets of these forgotten species, inviting children from the audience to take part. Through its hands-on style, Arc asks audiences to consider their relationship with nature and loss on both collective and individual scales.
