Five dead, half a million on standby to leave homes as relentless rain bomb hits Sydney

Around half-a-million people in NSW are now subject to an evacuation order or warning as the the epicentre of the flood crisis moves south with Sydney, the Hunter and the Central Coast to be battered with intense rain.
