Australia’s oldest continually running theatre will move into 2022 putting their money where their mouth is, programming cutting-edge, politically-driven works onstage and running community programmes for young refugees and mental health support.

La Boite is taking on one of Shakespeare’s bloodiest political thrillers by giving five female and non-binary playwrights one of five acts of Julius Caesar, with the directive to explode it from the inside out.
