Facebook accused of knowingly aiding scam crypto ads

Australia’s consumer watchdog has accused Facebook’s owner, Meta Platforms, of engaging in false, misleading and deceptive conduct by publishing scam cryptocurrency advertisements featuring public figures like Dick Smith and David Koch.
