'Bullet in the head': Court hears Roberts-Smith threatened soldier colleague

War hero Ben Roberts-Smith allegedly threatened a fellow SAS soldier if his performance did not improve “you’re going to get a bullet in the back of the head,” the soldier has testified in court.
