Final call for community champions

Queenslanders are being urged to recognise the champions of their community by nominating them for the Queensland Community Achievement Awards.

The Queensland Community Achievement Awards started in 2002, with a regional focus, but is now conducted state wide.

The awards have been encouraging, acknowledging and rewarding the valuable contributions that individuals, communities and businesses are making throughout Queensland.

These awards recognise those that work tirelessly to improve their communities by promoting the social, economic and environmental prosperity.

The Queensland Community Achievement Awards is calling the last round for nominations, which will close next week, with an opportunity to be in the running for some great prizes.

If you know a community champion who deserves to be recognised, submit a nomination online to www.awardsaustralia.com/qcaa and click “Nominate Now”.

Nominations Close: Wednesday 5 August 2020

Judging will be held on Tuesday 29 September with the Awards Presentation on Friday 27 November 2020

Nominations can also be made by calling the Awards office on 1300 055 096 and passing on the details. We will do the leg work for you.

  • Australia Pacific LNG Community Hero Award
  • Prime Super Agricultural Innovation Award
  • Prime Super Employer Excellence in Aged Care Award
  • Ricoh Australia Customer Service Award
  • Qoin Small Business Achievement Award
  • Awards Australia Community Group of the Year Award
  • Synaco Safety Award

Each of the category winners will receive a share in great prizes and a trophy. Plus, every nomination will receive a certificate of achievement.
