Police said Oxenford man Saleh Atasoy, 37, fired a handgun at a 53-year-old man driving a Ford Ranger on Bermuda Street, Broadbeach Waters on Friday afternoon.

Atasoy was driving an Isuzu D-Max when the road rage incident occurred, police allege.

Atasoy is accused of producing the firearm and shooting a bullet into the side of the Ford Ranger before driving away.

No one was injured.

“Members of the public are warned that this man is armed and is considered to be dangerous,” police said.

People are urged to report any sightings to police by calling triple-zero.
