Anderson, 36, was shot in the chest outside his home in Gailes, near Ipswich, on Saturday afternoon.

Police believe four men arrived at the home in the car about 4pm on Saturday and went inside, before an argument started.

Anderson, a father of three, allegedly chased the men out of the house where another scuffle broke out and he was shot.

Queensland Police have charged each of the men – aged 28, 21, 31, and 19 – with one count of murder, armed robbery and enter dwelling with intent.

They were refused police bail and will appear in Ipswich Magistrates Court on Wednesday.

Meanwhile, a man will appear in a NSW court charged with murdering another man in the states’s central west after being extradited from Queensland.

The 53-year-old victim was found at a Coonabarabran home about 7pm on May 12 with serious injuries to his head and face.

He was taken to Coonabarabran Hospital before being airlifted to St George Hospital where he later died.

On Monday, Queensland police arrested the man at a home in Brisbane and he appeared at Brisbane Magistrates Court on Tuesday, where his extradition to NSW was applied for and granted.

The man was escorted to Tweed Heads Police Station and charged with murder.

He has been refused bail to appear at Tweed Heads Local Court on Wednesday.
