Paramedics were called to Springwood property about 2am and found the 21-year-old man with a wound to his abdomen.

He is in hospital in a serious condition but is expected to survive.

Police are hunting for the shooter and have appealed for help to find a gold coloured Toyota C-HR wagon.

Anyone who saw the vehicle, or any suspicious activity, near the Dennis Rd business between 1am and 3am has been urged to come forward.
