The Sapphire Gala, Howard Smith Wharves
Over 300 guests from the arts, property, corporate and entertainment sectors enjoyed one of Brisbane’s best charity events of the year – the Sapphire Gala at Howard Smith Wharves on Thursday night.
Raising funds for the Children’s Hospital Foundation’s new Action Centre, the event was hosted by media personality Matty J with live music, performances and Vault auction. Over 400 bottles of wine and champagne, 130 line caught coral trout and 400 Wagyu steaks were prepared for the evening and celebrity guests included Will Ashcroft, Joel Parkinson, Lucy Henry-Hicks & Simon Cohen.
Aiming to raise$400,000 on the night, a total of $570,900 was raised.
