Toowoomba Carnival of Flowers

Thousands of people from all over Queensland have experienced a joyous and petal-filled Toowoomba Carnival of Flowers. Organisers were thrilled at achieving a COVID-Safe festival, which started on September 18 and wrapped up on Sunday.
