Did anything good come out of 2021?

A lot of good came out of 2021. It was hard work but apparently the harder you work the luckier you get.

What’s your favourite summer memory?

Summer is Queensland …. long hot days and a cold beer as the sun goes down.

Are you a summer or a winter person?

I like all the seasons. It would be monotonous if it was the same all year round.

How do you stay resilient during periods of change, like the year just gone?

Resilience is all about perspective. These times have been testing but if you want to learn about resilience talk to some people who lived and survived through world wars.

Who were your heroes of 2021?

The leaders that put politics aside and worked to keep us safe.

What’s your secret ambition?

I don’t give up secrets but it might have something to do with the Scenic Rim becoming a tourist Mecca.

What’s your favourite holiday spot?

Anywhere with my family where we can swim, eat and fish.

What are you hoping for in 2022?

Welcoming Number 5 grandie ( maybe more), normality and back to profits.

What have you been watching on television/streaming services lately?

Way too much Netflix.

Any people or businesses to watch in 2022?

Alan Joyce, Qantas, Scroo Turner, and it will be a big year in advertising as everyone chases their share of the pie.
